SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all orders purchased at SkyLiving, whether you shop online through our website, place an order by phone, or buy directly at our official stores/authorized dealers.


2. Delivery Methods


SkyLiving currently provides nationwide on-site cleaning services. Our staff will travel directly to the customer’s address to perform the service.

- Customers do not need to visit in person; they only need to make an appointment and provide the address.

- Our staff will go directly to the customer’s requested location to carry out the cleaning.

- We guarantee to arrive on time and at the correct location as confirmed with the customer.

Note: To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide complete and accurate info​rmation when placing your order. SkyLiving will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you.


3. Shipping Fees


- Free travel is provided for all inner-city areas.

- All service costs are clearly listed, and customers will not incur any hidden charges.

- Specific fees will be informed to the customer before order confirmation.

- In certain special cases (such as remote or non-central areas), additional transportation fees may apply. These will be communicated to the customer in advance. 


4. Processing and Delivery Time

- Confirmed orders will be processed within 24 business hours.

- In force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, peak periods (holidays/festivals), or unexpected issues, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will proactively notify and make new arrangements with the customer.


5. Delivery Guidelines

- Customers must carefully inspect the condition after cleaning and compare it with the order request.

- If any issues such as incorrect service, omissions, damage, or other problems arise, the customer should contact our customer care department immediately for prompt support.

- To protect customer rights, we recommend recording a video while checking the service results. This will serve as essential evidence in resolving any claims (if applicable).

- Within 24 hours after order completion, if any transportation-related issues occur, customers must contact us immediately for timely support.

- Customers must provide accurate addresses, phone numbers, and preferred times so that staff can arrive according to schedule.

- Upon arrival, customers are kindly requested to confirm the service before it begins.

- After completion, customers should review the cleaning results and confirm service completion.

- If any issues arise, please contact SkyLiving immediately for timely support.


6. Responsibility During Transportation

SkyLiving is responsible for the goods during the entire transportation process until they are successfully delivered to the customer.

- Once the customer signs to confirm receipt, responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer.

- The service provider is responsible for assigning appropriate staff and vehicles and carrying out transportation according to the agreed time and route.

- In cases where the order is lost or damaged due to transportation errors, SkyLiving will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure the customer’s rights are protected.


7. Exceptions and Special Terms

- This shipping policy does not apply to promotional items, free gifts, or products under special discount programs.

- At any given time, only one shipping discount/offer (the highest value) will apply per order.

- This policy may be adjusted depending on specific sales programs. Any changes will be publicly announced on the SkyLiving website.
