We reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time, and such changes will be publicly announced on the Website. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Article 1. General Principles

  1. The Website is developed and operated by SkyLiving to provide information, introduce, and sell products/services to consumers.
  2. By engaging in any transaction on the Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, agreed to, and complied with these general terms and conditions as well as the related policies published on the Website.

  1. The Website provides products/services within the territory of Vietnam. Provision of products/services outside of Vietnam (if any) will be subject to separate regulations announced with each product.
  2. The Website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or to address technical issues, in which case we will provide advance notice on the Website (where possible).


Article 3. Transaction Process​

  1. You access the Website, select products/services, place an order, and provide complete and accurate personal information as required.
  2. The Website system records the order.
  3. You proceed with payment via the selected method (if applicable).
  4. Once the order and/or payment is successfully verified, the Website will send order confirmation via email/phone.
  5. The Website delivers products/services as agreed.
  6. You have the right to file complaints, request returns or warranty services in accordance with the published policies.

  8. Warranty Policy: SkyLiving applies warranty policies according to the manufacturer’s regulations for each specific product. Detailed conditions, terms, and scope of warranty are provided in the product information or accompanying warranty card. For products without a separate warranty policy, SkyLiving is not responsible for warranty beyond manufacturer/supplier defects.


Article 4. Rights and Obligations of SkyLiving

  1. Ensure that the quality of products/services supplied matches the information published on the Website.
  2. Provide invoices and documents as required by law (if applicable).
  3. Maintain stable, secure, and safe operation of the Website, except in cases of force majeure.
  4. Protect customer information in accordance with the published privacy policy.
  5. Reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases: (i) inaccurate customer information; (ii) failure to fulfill payment obligations; (iii) product/service is no longer available.
  6. Reserve the right to limit product quantities per order or reject abnormal orders (e.g., unusually large quantities, suspected speculation or fraud).

  3. SkyLiving shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages resulting from the use of the Website or products/services.
  4. In any case, the maximum liability of SkyLiving to customers (if any) shall not exceed the total value of the disputed order.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution

  1. All disputes arising from transactions on the Website shall be resolved primarily through negotiation and conciliation.
  2. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be settled at a Court or competent authority in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
